Expect a HR screening, a technical or user interview, then a panel of 3-5 senior people asking both technical and behavioural questions, and sometimes a written assessment or presentation. The panel loves questions about integrity, teamwork and how you handle pressure, and they genuinely value how you present yourself professionally, so dress formal, bring printed copies of your cert and IC, and be patient because the gap between rounds can be weeks due to approval layers. My whole process took almost three months from application to offer letter, so keep your current job and don't burn bridges while waiting.
